Each delegate will be guided on radio techniques. They will be interviewed face to face using a portable tape machine, and on the telephone. Each series of interviews will be followed by group feedback sessions.

Delegates will be taught how to prepare and handle a television interview, and given guidance on technique. They will then undergo interviews, each followed by group feedback.
